Jalani Media was engaged by Tourism WA to contribute to the visual storytelling of a series of Aboriginal Cultural Inclusion Guides - educational resources designed to support non-Aboriginal tourism operators in building respectful, culturally informed relationships with Aboriginal people and tourism businesses.
Maddie Edwards, founder of Jalani Media, designed a series of custom illustrations for each guide, drawing inspiration from the themes, intentions, and content within. The artworks visually reflect the values of cultural safety, connection to Country, and shared learning, while representing the diversity and richness of Aboriginal cultures across Western Australia.
